มีแค่ 3 คนแล้วคุณรับมือกับวงดนตรีตั้ง 80 กว่าวงรวมทั้งลูกค้าที่สั่งผลิตกลองได้ยังไง
Tim Gibson: มันไม่ได้ดูแย่อย่างที่ฟังหรอก แต่งานเราเยอะจริงๆ ผมพยายามที่จะดูแลวงดนตรีทุกวงของผม ไปดูพวกเขาเมื่อมาเล่นที่พอร์ตแลนด์ แต่ส่วนใหญพวกเขาก็จะโทรตามเราในระหว่างทัวร์ด้วย มันช่วยผมได้เยอะทีเดียวเพราะทุกอย่างอยู่ในสายตาผม ผมรักที่จะทำแบบนี้นะ แล้วผมก็ไม่คิดว่ามันจะเป็นการผูกมัดด้วย เราทำทุกอย่างเพื่อให้ลูกค้าพอใจ

กลองของคุณแตกต่างจากแบรนด์อื่นๆ ยังไงหรือว่าลักษณะภายนอก
Tim Gibson: ผมชอบเปรียบกลองกับกระดานโต้คลื่น เพราะมันต้องประกอบกันเป็นชิ้นเดียวกันให้เนียนที่สุด แต่บางคนซื้อแค่บางชิ้นมันจึงไม่สมบูรณ์ที่สุด ทุกคอสตูมแบรนด์ก็มีลักษณะเป็นของตัวเองชัดเจน แต่ไม่ได้หมายความว่ากลองคอสตูมจะเป็นที่ยอมรับได้ง่ายๆ เหมือนที่หลายคนคิดและเรื่องของฝีมือก็ต้องใช้เวลาในการฝึกฝนและเรียนรู้ ร้านเรายังคงเป็นร้านเล็กๆ เมื่อคุณโทรมาแล้วกำหนดรายละเอียดที่คุณต้องการทั้งความลึก เส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง ลวดลาย แล้วเราก็จะผลิตกลองให้คุณตามต้องการ

เวลาที่คุณดูทีวีแล้วเห็นกลองชุดแบรนด์อื่นๆ คุณเคยหมั่นไส้จับผิดหาข้อเสียของมันบ้างรึป่าว
Tim Gibson: (หัวเราะ) ผมว่ามือกลองนั่นแหละที่เราหมั่นไส้ เพราะไม่ใช้กลองของเรา ความจริงเราก็เป็นเพื่อนที่ดีกับกลองแบรนด์อื่นๆ มานานแล้ว แต่ผมก็แฮปปี้เวลาที่ได้เห็นกลองของเราใน MTV, รายการ The Tonight Show หรืออะไรก็แล้วแต่ มันเป็นความรู้สึกดีที่พูดไม่ถูก เมื่อคุณนั่งดูมันแล้วมาคิดดูว่าเมื่อก่อนมันเคยตั้งอยู่ที่ร้านเมื่อไม่กี่เดือนก่อน แล้วยิ้มพร้อมกับพูดว่า เฮ้ผมเป็นคนทำเองกับมือนะกลองนั่นหนะ
